Get your tickets night for NM Thunderbirds PTA night at the game! Call NMPTA office at 881-0712 to get your tickets now! We are going to have a bunch of fun, PTA gets to participate in a game at half-time, (students), we get to do the promotions at breaks, special seats for those that sell the most........on and on. PLUS for every ticket you sell your PTA gets $2.00.
You can even order a certain number of tickets and just have one day to sell them after school and return what you don't sell the next day to NMPTA-order them NOW!! Send a note home telling parents what day they can send in their money or come by to get their tickets. Come on ~lets all be represented at the game~they will be announcing each school that participates name. At least get the board and their families together to go!!!

DID YOU KNOW? Reflections Due Next Week~Please see flyer for details! Call the office if you have questions-881-0712. PLUS....... ...if you filed a 990 extension for your taxes they are now due February 15th? IF you haven't filed your 990 taxes or filed in extension, it is important you do so immediately, do not ignore this. No matter how much your PTA raises you need to at least file a 990 "postcard". If you have questions please call the NMPTA office at 881-0712 or 888-228-8880. ... the following discounts are available to PTA members throughout New Mexico~10% at Soccer Connection on Paseo del Norte, discounted tax returns at Liberty Tax and PTA t-shirts (with your PTA's name on it) for $4.50 at Graphic Connection (they ship anywhere in New Mexico free.) See attachments. ...National PTA is compiling volunteer hours done by our members over the last year? If you have an idea of how many volunteer hours your PTA has accumulated over the last year,please e-mail nmpta@nmpta.org with your school name and number of hours as soon as possible. Don't forget if you need to purchase something you can get it tax free~that is part of being a PTA~ just know~you are a tax exempt agency, so if you are purchasing items you should not be paying tax~call our office 881-0712 and receive a NTTC (non~taxable certificate) to take to the place you are doing business with~call before you go please! ...you should have April 30 and May 1 marked on your calendar and be sure you have money budgeted to send at least 1 if not more to NMPTA State Convention? ...you can call the NMPTA office anytime you have questions~881-0712.
